Our treatment approach is to be trauma informed as we assist clients and families understand trauma and its impact on behavior, cognition, and more while learning how to cope and become resilient. We are here to assist with healing, gaining awareness and improving maladaptive behaviors
LegaCEE Counseling and Consulting was created out of a need within the community. Owner, Shareka Eldridge, took note to the oversight of minority youth and families in the mental health context. LegaCEE is an agency that strives to allow those who are often voiceless, to have a voice. Educating and providing a safe place to those served is another driving force behind what we do. Our goal is to provide services in order to enhance your overall quality of life, improve familial and interpersonal relationships, and to reduce involvement with the legal system and/or hospitalization.
Thank you for taking the time to visit and best wishes on your healing journey!
